Notification to ACRA: Once signed, we will file the change with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) within the required 14-day window.
Liaising with Outgoing Secretary: We will coordinate with your current service provider to collect your Statutory Registers and physical corporate secretarial records.
Onboarding: We will conduct a health check on your company’s compliance status to ensure everything is up to date.

Next Steps
To officially begin the transition of your company secretarial services to Bestar, please complete the following step:
Complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) Form and a PDPA Consent Form
In compliance with Singapore’s AML/CFT regulations, we are required to verify the identity of the company’s officers and ultimate beneficial owners.
Attached to this email, you will find the KYC.
Action: Please complete and return the forms. Digital signatures (e.g., DocuSign) are accepted.
Requirements: You will need to upload:
A clear copy of your NRIC (front/back) or Passport.
Proof of Residential Address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months).
Information for the Outgoing Secretary
Once the Engagement Letter is signed, we will send you a Letter of Resignation and a Termination Notice for you to forward to your current service provider. Alternatively, with your permission, we can contact them directly to request the professional clearance and the transfer of your statutory records.
